The house takes its name from the place were it was built. The name comes from the Guanche "Tagora", which means meeting place. This is because there used to be a stone circle here that the Guanches used for this purpose. The house was the first village shop, which sold everything from food and household items to agricultural equipment. At this time, the foothpath went through what is now the patio. It now has direct access to seasonally cultivated land. The views from this point, as from everywhere on the property, are very beautiful. You can see most of Las Rosas with its rustic architecture and its teraces. The agriculture is based on the cultivation of fruit and vegetables, in keeping with the mild climate.
