Rural house “el Plano” is a country estate from about 40000m2, and adjoin to the “río Martín”.
It has a fence enclosure from about 3.000m in where it is the house.
It has an external barbecue for summer and an internal one. In winter it is cold so it has a powerful heating.
The swimming pool works since June until September.
The installations are for private use.
At weekends and long weekends the house is whole rent and in summer is rent by weeks. The rest of the year to agree with the guests but never combining different groups of guests.
